We have been operators and equity investing partners in the CPG industry for 30+ years. We understand from firsthand experience the difficulties and hurdles early stage high growth companies face. We kept seeing a reoccurring theme of great companies that couldn’t get a loan from traditional lenders so they were having to give up equity in their business in order to secure capital for capex. We knew these were great companies that just happen to not “check every box” that a traditional lender needs so we saw an opportunity to fill that need.
